As a part of the acquisition, Uniqus will acquire marquee global ESG clients using Goodera’s ESG platform and the teams serving these clients will also become a part of Uniqus.

Uniqus Consultech Inc, which offers ESG and accounting & reporting consulting, has acquired the global ESG business of Goodera, said a statement by the company. Goodera’s cloud-based ESG tech platform is now rebranded as ESG UniVERSE under Uniqus. As a part of the acquisition, Uniqus will acquire marquee global ESG clients using Goodera’s ESG platform.

Consulting firm Uniqus Consultech Inc. has acquired a specialised software from social impact startup Goodera that it expects will help it win contracts in the environmental, social and governance, or ESG, space.

Global consulting firm Uniqus Consultech has acquired the global ESG business of Goodera, said a statement by the company. Post the acquisition, Goodera’s ESG tech platform will be renamed as ESG UniVerse.
